This website is owned and operated by INDUS Realty Trust, Inc. (“INDUS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). INDUS respects the privacy of visitors to our website. This notice (“Notice”) describes the types of information we collect about visitors to the INDUS website, how we may use the information, and with whom we may share it.
This Notice applies to the INDUS website, located at www.indusrt.com, as well as to any versions of the INDUS website that INDUS operates and on which this Notice appears (the “Sites”).

Services offered by INDUS are not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13). INDUS does not knowingly collect Personal Information (as defined below) from individuals under thirteen (13) years of age and no information should be submitted to or posted to the INDUS website by visitors younger than this age.
Information We May Collect
Personal Information You May Provide. Personal Information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person (“Personal Information”). We collect information about you that you give to us, which may include your name, email address, telephone number(s), company name and mailing address. You are not required to provide your information at any time while visiting the Sites; however, you may be required to provide your information to obtain information from us, such as email alerts, or to make other inquiries and to contact INDUS through our standard form. You warrant that, when you submit the Personal Information of a third party, you have obtained consent from that third party to provide such information to us.

Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: INDUS, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions.
